C&E Text Messaging Program

C&E Craft Co (CE CRAFT LLC) operates a text messaging program for its own employees and for customers who contact us about an order. Messages are sent from (215) 267-9025. This page describes the program, how people opt in, and how to stop.

What we send

• Staff line confirmations. When an employee texts or calls to say they will be absent or late, we reply with a confirmation and let their manager know.
• Operational notifications to managers who opted in: for example, an employee reported an absence, or an internal data sync needs attention.
• Customer service replies to customers who text us about an order. We answer within that conversation only.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How to opt in

• Employees: sign in to the C&E staff app, open Settings → Notifications, enter your own mobile number and switch on SMS alerts. Saving a number is your consent to receive C&E work texts on it, and the app records the date and time of that consent. See the opt-in screen.
• Anyone: texting (215) 267-9025 first opts you in to replies within that conversation.

You will receive a confirmation such as: “C&E: You are now opted in to C&E work texts. Msg & data rates may apply; msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your role and activity, typically a few messages a week. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one final confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, email chris@cecandle.com, or call (215) 264-0020.
• Employees can also switch SMS off in Settings → Notifications at any time.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the messaging privacy policy and program terms.
