Messaging Program Terms

By opting in to the C&E Text Messaging Program you agree to these terms. The program is operated by C&E Craft Co (CE CRAFT LLC) and sends messages from (215) 267-9025.

Program description

The program sends absence and lateness confirmations to employees, operational notifications to managers who opted in, and customer service replies to customers who text us about an order. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Opting in

Employees opt in by entering their mobile number and enabling SMS alerts in the C&E staff app (Settings → Notifications). Anyone who texts (215) 267-9025 first is opted in to replies within that conversation. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details of your plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to re-enroll. Reply HELP for help, or contact chris@cecandle.com / (215) 264-0020.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier coverage and your device.

Privacy

Our messaging privacy policy explains how mobile numbers and messages are handled. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
